About
Ekaterina
I believe that every person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, even during life’s most challenging moments. I enjoy helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, recognize their resilience, and use their strengths to navigate difficulties with greater confidence and clarity. My approach is grounded in building a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to share their experiences without judgment.
It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change. I find joy in helping individuals develop healthier coping strategies, overcome obstacles, and create lasting behavioral changes that support their personal goals and overall well-being. My goal is to help clients feel empowered as they continue their journey toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and nurturing the relationships that matter most to me. Whether I’m exploring a theme park, watching a great movie, or sharing meaningful conversations with loved ones, I value experiences that bring people together and foster connection. I also enjoy reading, learning new perspectives, and starting my day with a good cup of coffee and a moment of reflection. These experiences help me stay grounded, appreciate the importance of human connection, and bring a sense of balance and presence to both my personal life and my work with clients.
