About
Ebony
Hello, I'm Ebony Clinton, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and become the most authentic version of themselves. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to reach your full potential. My therapeutic approach is centered on meeting you where you are while partnering with you to move toward the life you want to create. I believe that healthy relationships begin with the relationship we have with ourselves. Together, we can explore the challenges that may be keeping you from living authentically, strengthen your sense of self-worth, and build the tools needed to navigate life's transitions with confidence and resilience. For clients that desire it, I also enjoy incorporating spirituality and faith into the therapeutic process. I am happy to support you in a way that aligns with your values and beliefs.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, reading and writing, especially poetry, and practicing self-care through rest and spa days. I believe caring for ourselves first allows us to better care for the people we love, and I encourage my clients to discover what self-care and balance look like in their own lives.
