About
Dominique
I am passionate about helping people recognize their worth, build confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe that healing begins when we better understand ourselves, our experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping us stuck. One of the things I enjoy most is helping clients connect the dots between past experiences and present challenges so they can gain clarity and move forward with greater intention.
My style is warm, supportive, and direct. I provide guidance and practical tools while also creating space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Rather than focusing only on problems, I help clients identify their strengths, recognize their resilience, and build upon the qualities they already possess.
I take a whole-person approach, understanding that life experiences, relationships, personal values, and current circumstances all influence emotional well-being. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, or self-esteem concerns, I work collaboratively with you to identify patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping.
My goal is to help you feel empowered, increase your sense of self-worth, and create lasting changes that align with the life you want to live.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our children. Family is one of the most important parts of my life, and much of my free time is spent making memories with them. I also enjoy staying active through exercise, taking walks outdoors, and finding opportunities to slow down and be present in the moment.
I am a Christian, and my faith plays an important role in how I approach life, relationships, and personal growth. For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating faith and spirituality into our work together.
I also enjoy reading, listening to music, having meaningful conversations, and exploring new ways to grow both personally and professionally. I'm someone who values authenticity, connection, and laughter, and I believe there is something powerful about finding joy in life's everyday moments.
