Dominique's clinical style is strengths based, trauma informed and integrative. She prioritizes building a safe, collaborative therapeutic environment while helping clients increase insight, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen autonomy. Dominique likes to draw from evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT & motivational interviewing, tailoring interventions to each client's needs, cultural context, and stage of change.
In her spare time, Dominique enjoys spending quality time with her child and being fully present with family. Dominique also likes working out as a way to recharge and take care of herself. When Dominique is winding down, you can usually find her listening to music or a good podcasts, or catching up on a good show she's been meaning to watch.
