About
Dolores
For over 20 years, I have worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist, partnering with clients to meet their unique goals in a completely non-judgmental space. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My focus is entirely on empowering and educating you, helping you take the lead on your personal journey to growth, healing, and lasting progress. Life is full of stressors—both big and small—that can easily consume your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing chronic stress, or dealing with everyday overwhelm, you do not have to carry it alone. I am here to serve as a guide, a heart, and a voice. Together, we will find effective ways to reduce and release that heavy weight so you can reclaim your peace and find true relief. I work closely with adolescents, adults, and families to navigate a wide variety of challenges. My practice focuses on helping individuals who struggle with issues including, but not limited to: Trauma & Healing: Processing past experiences to move forward safely. Depression & Mood: Finding hope and resetting daily patterns. Anxiety & Panic: Learning tangible tools to calm the mind and body. Relationship Dynamics: Improving communication and building healthier connections. Stress Management: Navigating life transitions and daily overwhelm.
In my spare time, I prioritize my own well-being by staying active, traveling and fueling my body. You can usually find me exercising, hitting the trails for long walks, or exploring new foods and flavors. These hobbies are more than just a way to pass the time; they are how I practice the same balance, self-care, and wellness that I encourage in my clients every day.
