About
Diane
Hi, my name is Diane. Mental health can be challenging but you don't have to go about it alone. I’ve treated a variety of clients who have struggled with depression, anxiety, accepting life changes, and how to balance their mental health. I enjoy working together with her clients to see how to overcome obstacles in a healthy way. I create space for growth, learning, understanding, and healthy behavioral practices that fit the needs of the client.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, my cat, and engaging in my own spiritual walk. I find laughter and joy when watching comedy-action tv shows or movies, playing board games with friends, and being able to engage in creative projects such as sewing, painting, and DIY things. I also enjoy volunteering in my community with the youth and find meaning in inspiring the younger generation.
