About
Diana
I consider myself a Holistic therapist currently practicing in Washington, California and Illinois. My goal is to inspire and empower clients to live their best lives through compassionate and intelligent therapeutic solutions. I will meet you where you’re at and help you design your own unique solutions to life’s problems. I am a Certified ADHD Specialist and a Marriage and Family Therapist whose training includes evidence-based therapy models such as CBT/DBT/ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Solution focused therapy for ADHD. My research includes the Highly Sensitive Personality which utilizes Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices. My sessions are usually calming and very grounded which is often a welcome reprieve to the stress of daily life.
I identify as a neurodivergent female and a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I currently live in the Midwest but enjoyed living in the Pacific Northwest for the past several years. I love nature and photography and my little dog Theo. We enjoy going on adventures together, exploring the country on long road trips. I have been an online therapist since 2020 and really enjoy the flexibility that this lifestyle offers while I pursue my career.
