"Diana is a Holistic therapist currently practicing in Washington, California and Illinois. Her goal is to inspire and empower clients to live their best lives through compassionate and intelligent therapeutic solutions. She will meet you where you’re at and help you design your own unique solutions to life’s problems. Diana’s training as a Marriage and Family Therapist includes evidence-based therapy models such as CBT/DBT/ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Solution focused therapy for ADHD. Her research includes the Highly Sensitive Personality which utilizes Mindfulness and Self -Compassion practices. Diana’s sessions are usually calming and very grounded which is often a welcome reprieve to the stress of daily life. "

Diana enjoys photography and exploring nature and has a variety of special interests.
