Delores approaches her clinical work through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens, helping clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, while developing practical strategies for lasting change. She is committed to creating a supportive, empathetic environment where clients feel empowered to grow and achieve greater well-being.
In her spare time, Delores enjoys spending quality time with her children and husband. She enjoys cooking, reading, and watching football, appreciating these moments as opportunities to relax, connect, and recharge.
