About
Delaynie
Hey there, I’m Delaynie. As a person-centered therapist, I highly value the therapeutic alliance as a safe container to process anything from relationship issues to complex trauma. I’m passionate about working with women and minoritized genders, as well as clients with adverse childhood experiences and/or complex trauma. My goal is to support my clients in feeling more grounded, self-compassionate, and effective in navigating the world.
When I’m not working, I’m at the beach! I’m a new mom and I love finding new storytimes, farmers markets or restaurants to explore with my family. Cooking is another passion of mine, and I love hosting friends and family for some (hopefully) good food and company.
