About
Delaynie
Hey there, I’m Delaynie. As a person-centered therapist, I highly value the therapeutic alliance as a safe container to process anything from relationship issues to family-of-origin struggles. I also draw heavily from the Internal Family Systems modality in my work - I love getting curious about all the different versions of ourselves we contain and how they influence the ways we navigate the world. I’m passionate about working with clients with adverse childhood experiences and/or complex trauma, minoritized gender identities, and folks navigating big transitions in their life. My goal is to support my clients in feeling more grounded, self-compassionate, and effective in navigating the world.
When I’m not working, I’m at the beach! I’m a new mom and I love finding new storytimes, farmers markets or restaurants to explore with my family. Cooking is another passion of mine, and I love hosting friends and family for some (hopefully) good food and company.
