About
Deborah
Hi, I'm Deborah.
I believe that our experiences shape how we think, and how we think shapes who we become.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, discouraged, or uncertain about their next steps. Together, we'll explore patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel better, heal from difficult experiences, and move forward with greater confidence, hope, and purpose.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is witnessing people move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling more hopeful, confident, and connected in their lives and relationships. With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
Away from the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors with my Golden Retriever-hiking, walking, and exploring new trails. I'm also an avid biker, although I prefer the electric kind so I can cover more ground and enjoy the scenery along the way. Music is a big part of my life, and you'll often find me attending concerts, dancing to my favorite tunes, or simply enjoying the joy and connection that music brings.
I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
