About
Deborah
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, integrative, and tailored entirely to your unique goals. I combine insight-oriented methods like Psychodynamic therapy to help you understand deep-seated patterns, alongside structured, evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and BA, to give you immediate tools for change. Grounded in Positive Psychology, I focus on your innate strengths. Whether we are utilizing Solution-Focused Brief therapy for a specific hurdle, our work together will always be practical, empowering, and focused on real-world progress.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, doing Pilates, enjoying nature, or watching a good movie. I find joy in laughter, music, reading, spirituality and relationships.
