Deborah Brown

She/Her
Deborah
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Deborah is a firm believer in the power of human connection and understands that the most important thing in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. This is why she provides a gentle, non-judgmental approach to make clients feel safe and heard, while using humor to engage in a vulnerable way, which allows clients to develop trust with another person, which ultimately leads them to grow and to believe and trust in their own inner voice and intuition. Deborah is a strong believer in using music and our passions as our coping skills to help us engage better with the world around us.

In her spare time, you can find Deborah engaged in watching NFL games and cheering for her favorite team, engaging in mindfulness through fun activities alone or with friends, such as hiking, painting, and reading. Deborah is a big believer in community and spending time with friends and family, and does so in her personal life. Deborah has a puppy whom she is constantly learning mindfulness and being present with.
