About
Danielle
Hello, I'm Dani! I enjoy helping clients navigate the challenges that come with being human—especially those who are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions or stuck in negative thought patterns. I believe therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters to you, and create a life that feels authentic to who you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you identify your strengths, recognize the barriers that may be getting in your way, and find practical ways to move forward. I'll gently challenge you when I think it can help you grow, while always respecting where you are in the process. I believe you already have strengths and tools within you, and I'm here to help you build on them and make meaningful behavioral changes that support the life you want to live.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, cooking, reading, lifting weights, traveling, catching live music at concerts, or spending time with my family. As a mother of four, family is a big part of my life and keeps me busy. I also value my spiritual practice, which helps me stay centered and mindful.
As a woman of color, my lived experiences naturally shape how I show up, navigate the world, and build deep, empathetic connections with others. Above all, my goal is to create a warm, genuine, and welcoming space where you feel truly seen, respected, and supported just as you are.
