About
Danielle
My primary aim is to provide a nonjudgmental space and a therapeutic approach rooted in compassion and curiosity. I am passionate about empowering clients by helping them process their experiences, identify and utilize their strengths, and develop tools to aid them in living a fulfilling life. Authenticity, transparency, and modeling what it means to be an imperfect human being are essential to my therapy practice.
My specialties include- but are not limited to- working with the families and loved ones of those struggling with substance use and mental health issues, supporting individuals navigating life and role transitions, and helping clients improve emotion regulation and manage feelings of overwhelm.
In my free time, you would find me reading at the lake with my spouse and our senior Australian Shepherd.
