About
Daniel
Hello, I'm Dr. Daniel Lopez. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome the effects of trauma, substance use, and a wide range of mental health challenges. Using evidence-based approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies that promote healing, resilience, and meaningful change. I strive to foster a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being themselves, exploring their experiences, and moving toward the life they want to create.
In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, going on long walks, and cooking. I value opportunities to relax, learn new things, and connect with others. I believe these experiences help me bring authenticity, balance, and perspective to my work with clients.
