About
Daniel (Jung-Ho)
I approach my work with a strong relational focus, cultivating therapeutic relationships grounded in warmth, steadiness, and deep respect for each client's lived experience. I meet clients where they are with unconditional positive regard and collaborate with them to foster insight and stronger sense of self by exploring and identifying their inherent interpersonal strengths. By balancing compassion with thoughtful structure, I do my best to help clients feel both deeply understood and genuinely empowered to move forward and reach their goals.
When I am not immersed in therapeutic process, I enjoy unwinding at home with my cat, "Bam" (meaning chestnut in Korean), playing board games and video games with friends, and spending weekends playing soccer, watching sports, or being led by my girlfriend to go to different cafes despite not knowing much about coffee at all. I also enjoy myself some deep-dives into history and mysteries whenever possible.
