About
Dana
I believe that human connection and a strong therapeutic relationship are essential for promoting change in therapy. I operate from a client-centered approach, meeting each client exactly where they are and tailoring my methods to assist the unique needs of each person. I prioritize creating a calm and welcoming space where I integrate various therapeutic modalities to help clients build coping skills and navigate life’s challenges.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to music and podcasts, and collecting plants. I appreciate humor and creativity, and dedicate much of my free time to spending quality time with friends and family. I also love live music, spicy food, and exploring all that LA has to offer.
