About
Cynthia
I enjoy working together with my clients to form a strong therapeutic bond and help them identify obstacles that interfere with them living an authentic life, to overcome negative thinking/behaviors that contribute to poor interpersonal relationships as well as identify/develop their own personal strengths to improve their mental and emotional health. I approach clinical work with a strong relational focus and take joy in helping clients heal from past traumatic events and adopt healthy behavioral changes to improve their lives.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, engaging in interior designing and Do-It-Yourself projects as well as watching a good action movie, marvel comic, Western or action filled science fiction flick. I find joy engaging in hobbies that bring laughter and incorporate music, cooking, being creative, painting, spirituality and fun relationships.
