About
Cynthia
I am passionate about helping adults heal from trauma and stress by creating a supportive space where you can comfortably express yourself and we can process your experiences together at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and goal oriented, combining practical, evidence-based tools with deep self-understanding so you can untangle old patterns and find real solutions. My goal is for you to leave every session feeling a little lighter and confident in your direction forward.
Outside of work, I love recharging by developing new recipes in the kitchen and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Coming from a family of first responders, I carry a deep appreciation for the unique culture, stressors, and demands of shift-work families, which strongly shapes my connection to that community. Balancing time in nature, creative cooking, and family keeps me grounded and present for all the clients I serve.
