About
Cynthia
I work to meet clients where they are, using a safe therapy relationship to help them find healing, understanding, and make meaning out of hard situations and changes in life. I try to help clients see the systems and patterns in their relationships and situations more clearly to be able to make more informed choices in their lives. I used to do in person work with all teens, and loved it! But now I am really enjoy working in telehealth, because it allows me to work with lots of different types of people, from places all over California.
I love being outdoors (when temperatures are reasonable). You can find me doing things like hiking, swimming, playing with animals and my new hobby is my veggie garden. I also love a good throwback show, like “The Office,” and quality time with loved ones.
