About
Crystal
Hi, I’m Crystal and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, accepted, and free to be themselves. I know that reaching out for support and taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people during some of life’s most challenging, meaningful, and transformative moments. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood. I believe therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to help you feel empowered and confident in creating the life you want for yourself. I believe that healing happens when we can show up authentically and be met with compassion rather than judgment. My approach is grounded in connection, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to support and guide you through the process.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud mom of two, and motherhood has taught me the importance of balance, self compassion, and intentional self care. Some of the ways I stay grounded include riding my motorcycle, spending time with my backyard chickens, and embracing a little Disney magic whenever I can. These activities remind me to slow down, stay present, and make space for joy, even during life’s busiest seasons. The values that guide my personal life connection, authenticity, resilience, and self-care are the same values I bring into my work with clients. My hope is that when you sit down with me, you feel welcomed exactly as you are and supported every step of the way.
