Hello My name is Crystal Elias an Part time Clinician at two chairs who I incorporate CBT, Solution focus therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and have worked in setting working in clinical work with children and families. I have worked with adults in Generalized Anxiety, Depression, and Adjustment disorders.
I enjoy working out, attending dance class, and hiking when I have time. I also enjoy going out with my family traveling. I'm a first generation Latina and proud daughter of immigrant parents and first generation of a Master Degree and higher level education and understand the struggles of immigrants navigating the higher level education
