About
Courtney
Hello, I'm Courtney. If you have been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your own thoughts, constantly taking care of everyone else, or wondering why you keep falling into the same patterns, you're not alone. Life can feel exhausting when you're carrying anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and begin connecting with yourself in a way that feels genuine and lasting. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe healing happens through connection, so I focus on building a relationship with you where you feel safe enough to be yourself. Together, we will explore not only what is happening in your thoughts, but also how stress and emotions show up in your body, helping you better understand the root cause of your symptoms.
In my free time you will find me at a yoga class, the beach, traveling, the gym, or furthering my education in therapy modalities. I am a lifelong learner who loves to build on my knowledge. I also work hard to create balance in my own life with fitness and spirituality. I truly believe in the mind-body connection and how this can support me and my clients on their healing journey.
