I am motivated by my desire to help individuals achieve lasting mental wellness through compassionate, evidence-based care. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach to care. As a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I consider both physical and mental health factors when developing treatment plans.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy traveling and making meaningful memories with my spouse, family, and friends. I value the time I’m able to spend connecting with the people who matter most to me.
