About
Connie
I enjoy helping people identify and reflect on the lens through which they experience the world. This includes, but is not limited to culture, who clients were as students in school, and experiences they've encountered in their lives, including trauma, and grief. I look for ways people feel connected (or disconnected) from loved ones and/or community to inform how to best create a safe place in therapy to help clients meet their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and listening to music so loudly that it makes my soul shake! I love chatting with staff at Trader Joe's, and watching my dog look at birds playing outside. I identify as Latina, with much pride, and am always on the lookout for weekend events that celebrate cultural pride. If I can bring my dog....even better!!
