About
Colleen
Hello, my name is Colleen. I'm so excited to meet with you and get to work with you. It is my goal to meet clients where they are in their therapeutic process. It is very important for me that clients feel safe and comfortable in their therapeutic relationship with me and I always want to allow for flexibility when it comes to your care to do my best to make sure you receive the support you deserve.
I enjoy trying new recipes, even if I'm just cooking for myself. I have two cats that I rescued who I adore and they always remind me to be grounded and grateful in life. I am a movie buff so I love watching new and old movies, thank you streaming. Taking walks is something that calms me and helps build endorphins and get a good night's rest. I have found great joy and meaning helping others and connecting to something greater than myself, whatever that may be. I also have found a passion for reading again and enjoying the outdoors, when it's not too hot :)
