About
Clea
Hi, I'm Clea. Over the last 14 years, I've worked with children, teens, adults, and parents across a variety of settings and presenting concerns. I am a deeply relational therapist — meaning the relationship we build together is at the center of everything.
I'm passionate about helping people identify, understand, and work through the barriers keeping them from living their most fulfilling lives. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, and relational challenges — and I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the postpartum period.
My style is warm but direct. I draw primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which means we'll work on building real insight — and then actually use it to make changes that show up in your day-to-day life. I'll ask honest questions, meet you where you are, and occasionally crack a joke, because even the heavy stuff doesn't have to feel heavy every single minute.
In my free time, you can find me chasing my kids at the park, taking a yoga class, traveling with my family, going for a long walk, or indulging in the latest viral TV show. I am a true foodie (I blame my mother) and love trying out the latest restaurant, bakery, or coffee shop in my neighborhood. I also enjoy cooking (although not as much as eating) and baking!
