About
Claudia
As a first generation, bilingual (English and Spanish) Latina therapist, I provide a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will identify your goals, build on your strengths and develop healthy coping strategies that support your healing, personal growth, and journey towards greater self-awareness and well-being.
In my spare time, I enjoy practicing yoga, going on walks with my dog, spending time with family and friends, and watching baseball games.
