Cindy's background is in trauma and healing and she is certified in ART-Accelerated Resolution Therapy. She believes in forming a partnership with those in need who want healthier relationships whether it be with people, food, alcohol, and/or careers. She has much experience and is a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and provides gender affirming care. Cindy has worked with youth, family, and adults from all backgrounds for the last 20 plus years. Knowing what to expect can help to normalize your experience and reduce stress. Cindy believes understanding the nature and impact of events is a major part of coping and healing.
