Hello my background is in trauma and healing. I believe in forming a partnership with those in need who want healthier relationships whether it be with people, food, alcohol, and/or careers. I have much experience and am a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and provide gender affirming care. I've worked with youth, family, and adults from all backgrounds for the last 20 plus years. Knowing what to expect can help to normalize your experience and reduce stress. I believe that understanding the nature and impact of events is a major part of coping and healing.
