About
Cindy
I enjoy working with adolescents, young and older adults, and families to help them through difficult transitions and issues that life can present. I have a nonjudgmental, solution-focused, ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) somatic and strengths-based approach and through these modalities I help guide people to see for themselves their individual strengths and move towards the life they want to live.
In my spare time, I swim on my swim team, hike with my 2 year old pup, paint, and spend time with my partner and adult children. I spend time enjoying learning and practicing spiritual growth and developing meaningful relationships with those I love.
