Cindy enjoys working with adolescents, young and older adults, and families to help them through difficult transitions and issues that life can present. She has a nonjudgmental, solution-focused, and strengths-based approach and enjoys helping to build individual strength and the opportunity for growth.

In her spare time, Cindy likes swimming on her swim team, hiking, painting, and spending time with her partner and adult children. She spends time enjoying learning and practicing spiritual growth and developing meaningful relationships with those she loves.
