I believe that the client is the expert on their own life, and through a person-centered lens, I aim to provide a safe and open space wherein my clients become adept at discovering their own solutions with the support of a strong therapeutic rapport and clinical guidance. My motivation and intention is to make every client feel seen, understood, heard and supported. I encourage clients to be active collaborators in their treatment trajectory, hoping to create a partnership to provide the best care possible. I am licensed in both Colorado and California.
Welcome! My name is Christine, I am White/European and identify as a cis-gender heterosexual female. I was raised Catholic, but identify more as spiritual, and sometimes incorporate this into my sessions. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my fiance, sisters, mom and four nephews, going to the park or walking my dog, cuddling with my cat, surfing with friends, knitting/crafting, or binge-watching my favorite shows. I enjoy connecting and spending time with family and friends, while also appreciating my solitude.
