About
Diana Christine
I am passionate about helping diverse clients connect more deeply with their cultural identity and navigate the many roles they occupy, from workplace and leadership settings to family, romantic partnerships, and parenting. I approach therapy as a collaborative and culturally attuned process, creating space for clients to explore who they are and how they want to show up across all parts of their lives. My work centers on supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, attachment trauma, and the impact of racial and gender-based trauma. I find meaning in helping clients heal, redefine, and reclaim their stories in ways that foster resilience, empowerment, and belonging.
I’m a proud Mexican and Iranian woman, born and raised right here in the beautiful Bay Area. When I’m not working, my favorite thing to do is spend quality time with my husband and our two kids. We love exploring local hiking trails, trying out the newest restaurant spots, or just relaxing with a good book in the park.
I’m also a huge fan of everyday creativity. One of my favorite weekend rituals is picking a color theme, making a spontaneous trip to Trader Joe's, and creating flower arrangements to brighten up my home or gift to friends. To keep my energy up, I love dancing to Bad Bunny, sharing a good laugh with my friends, and giving back to community in my spare time!
