About
Christine
I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up as yourself, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative, and I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, traveling, trying new restaurants, and enjoying the company of my cat. I also love caring for my plants, writing, and finding simple ways to slow down, recharge, and enjoy life. Laughter, meaningful connections, and making space for joy are important parts of who I am.
