My goal is always to partner with clients-to see where they're coming from, what their story is, and how I can help them at the place we find ourselves. As a nurse practitioner, I come from the perspective of holistic care and take multiple factors into consideration when I consider treatment plans. I root my practice in current evidence-based models while acknowledging there's a lot we don't know. I emphasize behavior change as appropriate to help clients reach their optimal levels of health, not simply the absence of disease.
