About
Chasity
Hello, I'm Chasity! My motivation as a therapist comes from a genuine desire to create a space where clients feel heard, seen, understood and respected. I believe meaningful change begins when individuals feel safe enough to be authentic and explore their experiences without fear of judgment. My clinical style is warm, collaborative and objective. I strive to meet clients where they are while also providing thoughtful feedback, encouragement and gentle challenge when appropriate.
When I am not working, I value spending quality time with my family and making space for the things that help me feel grounded and restored. My own self-care includes faith-based activities, gardening, practicing yoga and exploring my interest in herbalism and traditional apothecary practices. I also enjoy being in nature, cooking and tapping into my creative side by making homemade health/wellness products. These activities allow me to slow down, recharge, stay creative and maintain a sense of balance while enjoying the people and things that are most meaningful to me.
