About
Charlisa
Hello, I’m Charlisa (Char‑Lisa), an Eclectic Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe every person is uniquely complex, and because of that, there is no single path to healing or self‑understanding. My work centers on helping clients explore those paths with curiosity, compassion, and clarity so they can better support themselves and move toward their goals.
In therapy, I serve as a mirror and a guide—reflecting what you may not yet see and helping you build practical tools you can carry with you long after our sessions end. I value openness, honesty, and authenticity, and I encourage you to show up exactly as you are, ready to learn, grow, and care for yourself in new ways.
We are all striving to become the best version of ourselves, and I am on that journey too. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate yours.
I enjoy the creative arts, music, reading, writing, and spending time with loved ones. I am a former athlete who enjoyed softball tournaments on the weekends, but now I prefer a fun game night, good food, and an occasional movie or interesting series.
