About
Charde
I am a compassionate therapist who enjoys building healthy therapeutic relationships with my clients that foster trust, growth, and collaboration. I help my clients identify barriers and challenges while empowering them to take autonomy over their lives creating lasting positive change. I approach my clinical practice with a strong focus on balancing real life circumstances to fit personal goals with realistic expectations. I believe that meaningful growth occurs when clients feel supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life's challenges.
I enjoy playing video games with the kiddos, being outdoors either at a theme part thrill seeking or walking in nature. I am amateur photographer and love capturing the world from my POV one photo at a time. I like listening to audio books on the go, am a foodie and enjoy trying out new restaurants, food trucks, and recently food festivals. I like listening to all genres of music, enjoy going to intimate concerts, and my playlist on any given day depends on my mood (song suggestions are welcome). I enjoy working out several days a week and pushing my mind and body to their limits. One of my favorite quotes is "Nothing changes , if nothing changes" I say this to myself daily, as a reminder to make the necessary changes even when it's hard, to always be working towards be the best version of ME.
