About
Catherine
I meet clients with a strength based approach identifying and building upon their gifts, I offer an engaging and listening presence and help identify solutions to alleviate personal struggles. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and grief issues. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and cultures. I primarily practice using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy approach.
In my free time I read novels, swim and ride a bike and I enjoy time with friends and family in the outdoors or going to movies or concerts. I find my rootedness in the outdoors and through the practice of meditation, mindfulness and spirituality.
