About
Catherine
I work closely with my clients to examine and then release long-standing sources of pain. I use a wide range of approaches, from emotional exploration to expressive arts therapy to developing practical strategies. I am passionate about using therapy as a form of activism by addressing internalized oppression as well as the external barriers that my clients face. In my work with each individual, I strive to be transparent, humble, proactive, and flexible.
In my spare time, I love going to concerts and making music with others. I spend as much time as possible in nature and with loved ones, and I’ve always found solace in humor and creativity.
