Catherine
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Catherine works closely with her clients to examine and then release long-standing sources of pain. She uses a wide range of approaches, from emotional exploration to expressive arts therapy to developing practical strategies. She is passionate about using therapy as a form of activism by addressing internalized oppression as well as the external barriers that clients face. She strives to be transparent, humble, proactive and flexible in her work with each individual client.
In her spare time, Catherine loves going to concerts and making music with others. She spends as much time as possible in nature and with loved ones, and she’s always found solace in humor and creativity.
