About
Cassandra
Hi, I'm Cassandra! I work with a variety of clients including working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have treated clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, and adjustment disorders. I also provide support to clients struggling with their self esteem, challenges related to work or school, parenting support, and support around sports/athlete performance issues. I work with my clients to help them feel safe and comfortable in their therapy journey by forming a strong therapeutic relationship and helping my clients develop realistic and attainable goals. I like to be flexible with the therapeutic techniques that I use, and base my treatment on the specific client's needs. I like to meet clients where they are at and help them make healthy changes in their lives.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, dancing, listening to music, playing with my kid, watching baseball, playing video games and board games, going out to restaurants, traveling, and going to the beach. I find joy in spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places, and eating at my favorite restaurants. I identify as a Caucasian and Latina woman.
