About
Cassandra
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as a partner, holding a safe, humble, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and uncover the strengths that are already within you. I view therapy through a humanistic lens, which means I prioritize our connection and your inherent capacity for growth. In our work together, I integrate trauma-informed care to help you feel safe while processing the past, alongside evidence-based tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you manage difficult emotions, show up authentically with the people you love, and stay grounded in the present moment. Whether you are feeling buried by life’s daily overwhelm, healing from past experiences, seeking more balance in your relationships, or simply trying to find your footing during a major transition, I am here to help you slow down, breathe, and move toward your full potential. You don't have to carry it all alone—everyone deserves a dedicated space to be seen, heard, and supported.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me out on the water kayaking or hiking a local trail—any opportunity to experience nature. I love getting lost in a good memoir, as well as recharging through quality time with my family, discovering good food, catching a movie, or enjoying live music.
