About
Carolyn
As a clinician, it is my absolute joy to partner with you as you navigate life’s pain, grief, and challenges. I believe that true healing begins within a relationship built on deep compassion and unconditional positive regard. My goal is to create a soft, entirely safe space where you can unpack the struggles that brought you into therapy without judgment.
Internal battles and life transitions can feel incredibly overwhelming, often making it difficult to feel like yourself or function at your best. Together, we will gently look at the blocks holding you back and uncover the hidden strengths and possibilities already inside you. Our work will focus on charting new pathways forward, allowing you to step into a truer, more authentic expression of who you are.
In my spare time, I love connecting with my family and friends, and I deeply value the time we spend together. To recharge, you will often find me outdoors in nature or working in my organic garden. I am passionate about holistic well-being and find immense joy, grounding, and renewal in laughter, music, drumming, and my spiritual practice.
