Caroline works collaboratively with her clients to identify and formulate treatment objectives and goals that are realistic and attainable for them. She acknowledges the effects that environmental stressors and other barriers can have on a person’s treatment and truly considers the person in their environment as she tailors her approach. She enjoys being able to help clients better understand themselves and their behaviors and working together to create healthy and sustainable changes.

Caroline enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys the sunshine and being outdoors as much as possible. She finds comfort in cooking new recipes and reading and listening to books.
