About
Caroline
Even the greatest challenges can be faced the moment we reclaim ownership over our lives. I integrate the deep, big-picture insights of existential therapy with the practical, day-to-day tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Underneath it all is a simple truth: you are the agent of your own change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, honor your past, and build a purposeful life rooted in the present. As a South American native, I place cultural representation and deep appreciation for your unique background at the center of my practice. In our sessions, you will be seen, heard, and valued for exactly who you are.
Outside the office, I practice what I preach. You can find me running at dawn, traveling, exploring new foods, or diving into world history. I love a good philosophical debate - especially regarding the fine art of accepting that we are all just floating on a giant rock in space, while simultaneously stressing out over an unread email.
