About
Carolina
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in serving diverse communities. My background includes supporting individuals experiencing burnout, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, guilt and shame, identity challenges, interpersonal struggles, and major life transitions. I enjoy helping clients build practical tools to manage symptoms and foster well-being. My collaborative and integrative approach incorporates person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies to care for both mind and body. I am dedicated to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to support your growth and healing.
Originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico, I was raised in the Pacific Northwest—so while I don't mind a rainy day, a warm summer is my favorite season by far. I identify as a bicultural, bilingual, DACA-recipient immigrant woman. Outside of my practice, I love gathering with family for home-cooked meals, supporting local community events, watching movies, enjoying live music, using personal style as a creative outlet, taking nature walks, sharing laughs with friends over board games, and learning about nutrition.
