About
Carmen
If you are struggling with a recent loss, please know that the pain and confusion you are feeling are completely valid. Loss comes in many forms—from the death of a loved one to the disruptive grief of relocation. I am here to help you carry that weight. I also work with individuals navigating the daily realities of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and illness.
Together we will look at the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to find patterns that might be keeping you stuck. We will build actionable tools to help you get unstuck and regain control.
Outside the Therapy Room:
When I am not working with clients, I stay grounded by embracing life's simple pleasures, such as cooking healthy meals, diving into a good book, or getting hands-on with arts and crafts. I love a good story, whether it's a funny show, a classic rom-com, or a gripping drama. I also enjoy exploring new coffee spots with loved ones.
