About
Cameron
Hi - I'm Cameron. I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to helping people navigate life's challenges and discover that lasting change is possible. After spending more than 20 years leading teams, mentoring others, and walking alongside people through difficult seasons of life, I realized my greatest fulfillment came from helping people grow, heal, and reconnect with what matters most to them. My style is genuine, conversational, and practical. I strive to create a comfortable environment where you can be yourself, ask difficult questions, and talk honestly about what's going on in your life. I believe therapy should be both supportive and challenging—offering encouragement while helping you develop new perspectives and practical ways to move toward the life you want. Along the way, I believe there's room for humor, hope, and even moments of joy.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, traveling, watching or playing sports, tackling a home improvement project, or enjoying the outdoors. I also love learning and am always reading or listening to something that helps me grow personally or professionally. Friends and family would describe me as curious, approachable, and someone who enjoys meaningful conversations—but also doesn't take himself too seriously. I believe a healthy sense of humor can make even life's toughest moments feel a little more manageable. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. My goal is always to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
