About
Caitlin
Aloha! I'm Caitlin! A foundation of my practice is rooted in self-compassion and mindfulness. I like helping others learn more about their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. We will work on developing skills to help you become more attuned with your values and goals as well as practicing self-kindness and being present in realistic ways. I am passionate about empowering folks to recognize their inner strengths, practice effective boundary setting, and learn more effective ways to self-advocate for their needs. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folks, caregivers, college students, folks experiencing life adjustments or changes, and folks navigating cultural or acculturation stressors.
In my spare time, I enjoy birdwatching, hiking, reading, and listening to lo-fi music or vinyl records.
