About
Bri
I am a curious, empathetic, and adaptable therapist who works gently with my clients to co-create a space where you experience support, learn useful skills for your life outside of therapy, and create the relationships and life that you want.
If you’re burnt out, struggling with executive dysfunction, have a perfectionist tendency with a strong inner critic, or are experiencing a major life transition–I might be the right fit for you!
As a queer, genderfluid, and neurodivergent clinician, I also love supporting folks within these communities, as well as those wanting to work on strengthening or creating healthy and supportive relationships and building a life that brings you joy.
I have 10 years experience in community building and use that background to help clients navigate relationship difficulties and make decisions in alignment with their values. It would be a privilege to support you as you navigate symptoms, better understand yourself, and learn to shift behaviors to support your well being!
I am a feminist, justice-oriented therapist and some of the therapy techniques I use most in session include CBT, DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT. Happy to explain any of those or expand on my approach in our first session.
Outside of therapy, I love to play water polo as a goalie and enjoy being in nature, everything from swimming in the ocean to hiking a mountain. I am married and have two cats, Loki and Artemis, who will definitely make an appearance in some of our sessions! I also enjoy art and creativity, going to the movies, boardgames, cooking, traveling, and trying new hobbies with my friends and found family.
