About
Brandy
Hello I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the medical field and 4 years working in mental health. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm, particularly during times of life transition, caregiving stress, and major changes. I understand how heavy these experiences can feel and believe no one should have to navigate them alone. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology, and an Associate’s in Native American Studies. My work is grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach that honors each client’s lived experience, values, and strengths. I work with adults — experienced with older adults, Indigenous people, women, LGBTQ+ clients, and caregivers — who come for anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life-stage transitions, and aging concerns. Using CBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I provide practical, culturally attuned strategies, clear goals, and compassionate support. Together we reduce symptoms, strengthen coping, and improve daily functioning — with warmth, honesty, and a dash of humor.
I enjoy spending time with my partner traveling. I also enjoy my houseplants and succulent collection. I find it fun to connect with other plant peeps around the country, sharing our collections and plant growing tips.
